ReplyFix was born from a simple observation: small home service businesses lose thousands of dollars every month from missed calls and slow responses.
We talked to hundreds of plumbers, HVAC techs, and roofers. The same story kept coming up: "I'm under a sink, hands covered in grease, phone buzzing in my pocket. By the time I call back 3 hours later, they've hired someone else."
Traditional answering services were too expensive for solo operators ($300+/month), didn't understand the business, and couldn't see photos to give accurate quotes.
So we built ReplyFix: AI that responds in 30 seconds, analyzes photos of the problem, gives accurate quotes, and books jobs automatically—all via text message.
