• Photo retention: Customer photos are automatically deleted after 90 days unless explicitly saved by the contractor
• Message history: Conversation logs are retained for 2 years for service quality and dispute resolution
• Access controls: Only authorized personnel have access to customer data

• Twilio: For SMS message delivery
• OpenAI: For AI conversation and photo analysis
• Stripe: For payment processing
• Cloudflare R2: For secure file storage

TCPA Compliance
